Long Island Field Hockey Inc. is the premier training ground for dedicated athletes across Nassau and Suffolk County. Powered by USA Field Hockey, we develop complete players — technically skilled, tactically intelligent, disciplined, and resilient.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between youth competition and the collegiate level through high-intensity training, position-specific development, and game IQ mastery. We prepare athletes not just to compete — but to lead.

We reject the “pay-to-play” mentality. Our athletes earn their minutes. Through national showcases and international competition, we provide meaningful exposure and real pathways to the next level.
